Returns & Exchanges
All Custom Teams merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you. You have 30 days from the date the merchandise arrives to you to return the item. Returns for merchandise purchased more than 30 days ago is on a per case basis, you must check with us first.
Refund process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
